Liljedahl Group AB acquires the passenger car business of Tage Rejmes Bil AB

The acquisition includes the parent company Tage Rejmes Bil AB, including the operations in the companies Tage Rejmes i Norrköping Bil AB, Tage Rejmes i Linköping Bil AB, and Tage Rejmes i Örebro Bil AB, with a total of 13 passenger car facilities in eleven locations.

With a turnover of approximately three billion SEK and 500 employees, Tage Rejmes Bil AB is one of Sweden's largest dealers of Volvo and Renault passenger cars. The company has a strong market position and well-developed concepts in both sales and service.

Tage Rejmes Bil AB is one of the country's largest Volvo dealers and is located in a geographically interesting and expansive region. The acquisition is expected to take place during Q1 2025 after approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.
